Punch Pro will take the home inspection repair hassle out of the home sale process. Simply provide Punch Pro with the Home Inspection, the approved priority list and we’ll do the rest.

Punch Pro will schedule, supervise and insure that all specified repairs are completed by our licensed and insured professional contractors. Once the repairs have been remedied a report detailing each item will be provide to you for the client, lender and/or bond agent.
Once we receive the report we handle everything, unless something unexpected is uncovered you’ll only receive our estimate and the completion report with our final invoice. Our rates are competitive and our service un-comparable. We only used licensed and insured professionals, we oversee all work and unless authorized specified we are onsite while all work is performed. We provide CL 100 Structural Inspection letter, Pre-listing Inspections, as well as Home Inspection Exception repairs and evaluations. Our rates are available upon request.
